Frequently Asked Questions
How do I receive my guide after purchase?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link for the PDF guide and a separate link to the Google Maps. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes - and if you still can't find it, contact us and we'll sort it out immediately.
How do I save the Google Maps to my phone?
Click the link in your email on your phone. It works best if you have the Google Maps app already downloaded. It will open Google Maps with the specific list loaded. Tap the three dots in the top right corner and select "Save to Phone"or "Add to My Maps" to access it offline. You can access your maps anytime from the Google Maps app.
Quick note: the sub-categories within the map currently do not show up on the desktop version of Google Maps.
Can I use the guide without internet?
Yes. Download the PDF to your phone before you travel and save the Google Map for offline use. This is especially important for mountainous and remote areas where signal is limited, or even browsing mid-flight!
What format are the guides? Can I print it?
Our guides are PDFs, optimised for mobile reading in portrait format (the same shape as your phone screen). They open in any PDF reader on iPhone, Android, tablet, computer... no special app needed.
You could print your guide, but it's designed for mobile screens, so it won't format perfectly for A4 printing. We'd recommend keeping it digital.
Can I share the guides?
Our guides are intended for personal use. Please support our work and do not redistribute the full content or sell it to others.
Do you accept returns?
Because this is a digital product that is delivered instantly upon purchase, we're unable to offer refunds once the download link has been accessed. If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us and we'll make it right.
